Inhalator InSalin

INSALIN INHALER

Effective in treating diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract such as respiratory allergies, bronchial asthma, sinusitis, rhinitis, bronchitis, etc.

Portable and easy-to-use device that allows use in any environment and whenever the discomfort created by respiratory problems occurs.

Device loaded with granules produced from rock salt, specially selected, obtained by crystallization, controlled thermal and mechanical treatments.

Suitable for children and adults suffering from respiratory problems.

Mini-inhaler with salt

The InSalin inhaler produces dry micro-particles of sodium chloride (NaCl), thus being effective as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of various diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract: bronchial asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, rhinitis, respiratory allergies, etc.

The compact design and small size make InSalin a discreet device, easy to use at school, the gym, at work, in crowded spaces or other spaces that activate respiratory problems.

Inhalator InSalin

The inhaler consists of a main body provided at the bottom with air inlet slots, and at the top with a mouthpiece that is caught between the lips when it is used. In the central area two transparent domed windows allow viewing of the layer of special salt granules located between two sites. During inspiration, air passes through the layer of granules that it trains in a highly visible “boiling” movement. The pressurized air erodes the salt microcrystals generating saline dry micro-particles (mostly below 5 microns).

Products are packed together with silica gel in a small plastic bag. Between uses the inhaler is stored in the plastic bag and in a dry environment to maintain optimal functional characteristics.

Mode of operation

The device contains fine micronized sodium chloride (0.5-5µm) which is easily aspirated into the upper and lower airways. It dissolves in the soil phase of the mucus film lining the respiratory epithelium, and the mucus becomes more fluid, being easily mobilized.

The inflammatory effect decreases, and the degree of hydration of the mucus increases. Finally, the secretion is more easily removed at the level of pharynx, and then expectorated by coughing.

Do not exceed 2 minutes per use!

Preparation / use

  1. Remove InSalin from the plastic storage bag.
  2. Gently shake the inhaler and check through the transparent window the condition of the salt layer. Salt granules should not be clumped.
  3. Gently pinch the thin end of the device (mouthpiece) with your lips. Inhale through your mouth and exhale through your nose, at a normal pace, without effort. Avoid deep, forced inspiration, as it can produce an unpleasant, irritating cough.
  4. The inhaler should be held upright, and you can check in a mirror how the granule layer “boils”.
  5. At the end of the treatment, it is recommended to wipe the mouthpiece with a clean napkin and then put the inhaler in the storage bag.

Warnings

Do not put saliva or other liquids into the inhaler!

Due to the humidity of the air, during use, the “boiling” effect of the microcrystalline layer may no longer occur. The wet inhaler will produce few saline micro-particles, which will decrease the therapeutic effect.

The phenomenon can be remedied by placing the inhaler for 10-20 h in a dry and warm place such as near a radiator or in the sun. Be careful not to exceed the storage temperature of + 40 °C. Then shake the inhaler to loosen the salt crystals. If the phenomenon of “boiling” no longer occurs, you need to use a new inhaler.
